LOA 17-15 DCPP Ad-hoc Committee Outcome

Changes to some job descriptions and classifications, weekend callout, and shifts.


LOA 19-12 Senior Distribution Engineer Vacancies in Multiple Offices

Allows vacancies for Sr., Consulting, and Principal Electric Distribution Engineer to be posted in multiple offices; employee gets choice of office if practical.


LOA 19-11 Protection Engineers T-D Premium Pay

Extends LOA 14-12 indefinitely, allowing for 2% extra pay for Protection Engineers who choose to work in both disciplines.

LOA 18-19 Contract Temps in Service Planning

Recognizes contractors in Service Planning as temps, under 27.2.c, and allows employees to train and direct them; extends 120-day time limit; no layoff of Hiring Hall while temps are in place.


LOA 18-11 Scanning and Attributing Group Redeployment

Phase-out of Engrg Asst’s in “Scanning and Attributing” over two years. Redeployment preferences and bonus payments, allows performance of BU work by contractors during transition period.


MOU 18-03 EOT Design Centers

This bases EOT lists for Electric Estimators on the footprints of the Design Centers instead of the previous Local HQ’s. This agreement is important because it preserves the concept of Estimators at each headquarters working EOT within the footprint of that HQ.


MOU 18-02 Field Checking

Six-month pilot program in which Job Owners will collect basic information on every job and possibly more detailed information, depending on their qualifications. This means that Job Owners who were not previously Estimators will not be required to collect technical data, but will be encouraged to learn how to. It was important to make this agreement based on feedback from Job Owners about their workload and the impact of new additional fielding duties.


MOU 18-01 SPD GDPME Work Schedules

Preserves and expands options for starting times to promote work-life balance for SPD and Estimators and ADE’s in Gas Ops (“GDPM&E”).


LOA 18-08 2018 Two-year Contract Extension

Provides for extension of current contract provisions for two years, with 3% GWI in 2020 and 2021 each, and reopener bargaining for benefits when IBEW will also be negotiating employee benefits.
