In November 2020, the staff at Disability Rights Advocates joined ESC Local 20. DRA represents people with disabilities and has a long history of protecting workers' rights. Employees in the unit include communications staff, paralegals, administrative staff, and attorneys. DRA is the eighth legal service nonprofit to join ESC.
