ESC Local 20 represents professional workers in the federal and legal sectors, and welcomes expansion in these and other areas. Environmental Protection Agency Region 9 professionals and Legal Aid at Work (San Francisco), professionals have negotiated strong contracts responsive to the nuances and unique working conditions of the federal sector and those of legal nonprofit employment.

Professionals represented by these contracts are part of the Union’s Government, Administrative, Technical Unit.
