We achieved all of this through the power of collective action: we held rallies and pickets; we wore buttons and stickers; we confronted decision makers with petitions and delegations; we had thousands of conversations with each other to educate, mobilize, and unite ourselves as a union; and so much more. At every turn, we were there to inspire our communities and say to Kaiser and our elected officials that we are committed to getting Kaiser back on track to being the best place to work and receive care.
